Saint City Catering is a family-owned restaurant located in Lowertown, Saint Paul. Originally hailing from Los Angeles, California, we had a simple dream of owning our own coffee shop and American bistro. Seven years later, we are proud to introduce our new venture, inspired by art, music, family, and a passion for providing our customers with the best experience possible. At Saint City Catering, we aim to create a welcoming environment where food, coffee, and community come together to create lasting memories. Our Chefs
Meet Guillermo, the chef and owner of Saint City Catering. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Guillermo's love for cooking began in his childhood. His culinary journey started with part-time jobs in various restaurants during high school, where he realized his passion for the kitchen.
To pursue this passion, he attended the Art Institute of Santa Monica, where he learned the fundamentals of culinary arts. Afterward, Guillermo gained valuable experience working in kitchens across Texas and then returned to California to learn from several respected restaurants.
With over 23 years in the culinary field, Guillermo has taken a step into a new chapter in Minnesota. At Saint City Catering, he hopes to share his love for food with the Lowertown community, offering simple, delicious dishes and a warm atmosphere that everyone can enjoy.
