Saint City Catering is a family-owned restaurant located in lowertown, Saint Paul. Originally hailing from Los Angeles, California, we had a simple dream of owning our own coffee shop and American bistro. Seven years later, we are proud to introduce our new venture, inspired by art, music, family, and the passion to provide our customers with the best experience possible.

Our Chefs
Meet Guillermo, the talented chef and proud owner of Saint City Catering. Born and raised in the food-loving city of Los Angeles, California, Guillermo's passion for cooking was ignited at an early age. His journey in the culinary arts began with part-time and full-time work in family-owned and fine dining restaurants during high school, where he discovered his calling as a chef.
Determined to pursue his dreams, Guillermo enrolled in culinary arts school, earning his masters and equipping himself with the necessary skills. However, he soon realized that the culinary world was full of challenges and surprises, and his journey was just beginning. Through perseverance and a love for learning from both his mistakes and experiences, Guillermo embraced the roller coaster ride that is the culinary arts.
Now, as the chef and owner of Saint City Catering, Guillermo is delighted to share his passion for food with the community of lowertown, Saint Paul. With a commitment to providing exceptional cuisine and creating a welcoming atmosphere, Guillermo invites you to join him in experiencing the delicious offerings and warm hospitality at Saint City Catering.
After attending the Art Institute of Santa Monica, Chef Guillermo honed his skills in kitchens across Texas before returning to California to work in some of the best restaurants in the state. Now, with over 22 years of experience, he has embarked on a new journey in Minnesota with his family.
